CRASH DIET

I ONLY LOST 6LBS IN ONE WEEK ...NOT GOOD ENOUGH CONSIDERING MY WEIGHT...I'M GONNA TEST THIS WHOLE VEGGIE/FRUIT AND WATER DIET FOR A WHILE AND SEE HOW IT GOES...WISH ME LUCK

Hi Mountii,

Loosing 6lbs in 1 week is too much. Loosing 1 to 2 kgs (2/4 lbs) per month is a good average. Take your time, take it easy and for sure it's gonna be well.
I'm overweight too and I lost already 30 kgs within a couple of months. I haven't gained weight in one year and I know that I need time for loosing weight. I only eat in balance (health food of course) and up to my appetize. That's it. I don't worry, I don't focused on any results. I do it and it works perfectly.
